We visited for lunch. All the food was fresh, and tasted amazing. I had the fried pork chop, greens, and peas with peach cobbler for dessert. I will definitely return and highly recommend.

The peach cobbler is some of the best I've ever had! The staff was extremely helpful. Although the line was long, it was worth the wait.

Fantastic country cooking. We found this spot in google maps restaurant recommendations. The fried chicken, collards, cabbage and peach cobbler were spot on. I also had butter beans with boiled okra, Mac and cheese and cornbread muffin. Every bite was delicious. Service was great and the price was excellent. Thank you, Ivery’s for the perfect meal.

Ivery’s has been a staple in my family for more than a decade. Not enough time or space to go into details about this place. One thing that stands out about Ivery’s is the food is CONSISTENTLY DELICIOUS!!! If your looking for good down home cooking and your in Thomson, this is the place that will NOT disappoint. Food is served buffet style. You pay one price and you can eat as much as you can hold OR until the food runs out. I have known them to run out of certain dishes. It can get very crowded, especially during lunch time hours into the late afternoon. So if there is something on the menu you, you particularly enjoyed, don’t wait because it just might get are up. The cabbage is to die for. That’s my favorite. They serve fish on Friday’s. Today, they served catfish and mullet. Not a fan of mullet but everyone at my table and some surrounding table were expressing how good the mullet was and how well prepared it was too. I love that they have multiple bottles of condiments for the consumers convenience. If you like mustard on your mullet or hot sauce on your cabbage and fried chicken, no worries...there are plenty of bottles to go around. Speaking of the fried chicken...hot, crispy and juicy is all I can say. The only thing that was missing was the fried fatback. All I can say is, whatever you get on your plate, you cannot go wrong. Dining at Ivery’s is always a pleasant experience. The servers are very accommodating and friendly. The atmosphere is very family oriented and you definitely feel a sense of community when you eat here. One last thing...kudos to the cooks!
